Returns & Exchanges Policy (Last Updated: June,2026) – 30-Day Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below. This meets Google Merchant Center minimum requirements for returns.
Eligibility:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Custom, made-to-order, clearance, closeout, or personalized items are generally non-returnable (specified at product page).
Exclusions (Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable):
- Window treatments, curtains, vertical blinds, Venetian blinds, and similar products (due to hygiene, customization, and measurement sensitivity).
- Flooring samples, opened flooring materials, installed products, tinted/custom-mixed items.
- Mattresses/pillows (hygiene reasons, unless defective).
- Damaged items due to customer misuse.
Return Process:
- Contact us at info@cltflooringandfurnishing.com or (307) 746-3335 within 30 days to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the item back to our address (1600 W Main St, Newcastle, WY 82701-2457) using a trackable method. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- We inspect returns upon receipt (typically 3-7 business days).
Refunds:
- Full refund to original payment method (minus return shipping/restocking fees where applicable) within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items.
- Restocking fee (up to 20-30%) may apply for non-defective returns on large items.
Exchanges: Subject to availability. You may exchange for a different size/color if eligible.
Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us immediately with photos. We cover return shipping for verified defects and offer repair, replacement, or full refund.
