CLT Flooring & Furnishings Inc. ships within the United States (continental US; contact us for Alaska/Hawaii or international inquiries). We partner with reputable carriers to ensure safe delivery of flooring, furniture, and home goods.

Shipping Times: Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 3-9 business days from the date of shipment, depending on location and product availability. Large or custom items may have longer lead times—specific estimates are provided at checkout.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders under $200: Flat rate of $9.95
  • Orders $200 and above: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination (or free shipping where applicable/promoted).
  • Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or white-glove delivery items (e.g., furniture, flooring pallets).

Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Address Changes: Contact us immediately after placing an order. Changes may not be possible once shipped.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers.
