These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CLT Flooring & Furnishings Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming Limited Liability Company. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please review it carefully before purchasing. Certain products, including all window treatments, curtains, vertical blinds, Venetian blinds, and similar items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
